1. Set up your location
Create a workspace, add a location with opening hours, then add desks, offices, meeting rooms and rates. Give each dedicated office a stable name, such as Office 1. Publish the location when its details are ready.
Getting started
A practical path for coworking operators and a clear booking experience for their clients.
Create a workspace, add a location with opening hours, then add desks, offices, meeting rooms and rates. Give each dedicated office a stable name, such as Office 1. Publish the location when its details are ready.
Seats are created for seat-based spaces. Place them on the floor plan and add tables or partitions. Create reusable membership plans for credits or monthly billing. When issuing a custom membership, select an exact seat on the floor plan or assign a named private office for the membership dates.
Clients pick a future date and time, see available spaces, choose a shared seat if they want one, and book with their email. Members sign in to use credits or their assigned space. Booking rules and conflicts are checked before a reservation is saved.
Front desk staff see arrivals and availability, check clients in, record payments and manage visitor arrivals. Create a task for a repair or block a resource while it is unavailable. Management can review memberships, invoices and reports.
Open the published location page, choose a time and available space, and confirm with your name and email.
In a shared seating area, tap a free seat on the floor plan or let the system assign one. Dedicated seats and offices belong to their assigned members during their membership dates.
Sign in to the client dashboard using the email on your booking or membership to see reservations, credits and invoices.
